Vintage Halloween bouffant/Euro hybrid style surgical/scrub hat/cap. The front of the hat fits like a euro but the back has more fabric like a bouffant style. All fabric is prewashed and contains elastic in the back with an adjustable toggle. Very comfortable and fits those with short, medium or long hair.
