Trick or treat bouffant /euro style surgical hat

Prewashed cotton Trick or Treat fabric sewn into a bouffant/euro style surgical hat. All edges are serged to prevent fraying and elastic is sewn to back part of hat with a toggle so that fit can be adjusted.
