Blue shards bouffant/euro hybrid style surgical/scrub/dental hats

Prewashed cotton blue shards fabric sewn into a bouffant/euro hybrid style surgical/dental/ scrub hat. All edges are serged to prevent fraying and elastic is sewn to back part of hat with a toggle so that fit can be adjusted.
